


MICHAELA PERAMAKI, CPT
Dr. Michaela Peramaki is one of the most dynamic up and comers in the fitness industry. She uses a combination of high level educational credentials along with her in depth athletic and competitive background to be able to program diet and training protocols for people of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced trainees.
Michaela not only holds her doctorate in physical therapy, but is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This educational background gives her in depth knowledge about the human body as well as the current research. In 2025 she was also brought on as a Team Wilson Bodybuilding coach under the mentorship of renowned prep coach and speaker Cliff Wilson.
In addition to her academic achievements, Michaela is highly accomplished in practical application as well. At the young age of 20, she earned pro status as a women's physique competitor and followed that up only a few months later by taking 3rd place at the Natural Olympia making her top 3 in the world within her federation. In college she was a Division I pole vaulter and is also the current USPA Michigan State Bench Press record holder.
Michaela's high level of formal schooling combined with her practical and real world achievements in both the physique development and athletic domains make her one of the most versatile and inventive coaches in the industry.



Katie Wojcicki
Katie has been coaching both men and women around the world since 2009 when she co-founded Team Wilson alongside Cliff Wilson. Katie is a versatile coach with a wide-ranging resume that includes stay-at-home parents, obese populations, pro athletes, and FBI special agents. She has experience with all levels of fitness and special circumstances.
Katie takes on a science-based, holistic approach curated to a client’s experience level, goals, lifestyle, and long-term health. She works closely with each client to set a goal that is achievable with realistic timelines. She is a high-level coach that is willing to meet clients where they are currently at in the fitness process, and work them along to levels they never believed possible.
With almost two decades of experience, Katie's skillset as a coach is at the top of the industry and her passion for the process of both mental and physical self improvement is what drives her forward.
